1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and 560bet ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 560bet website located at https://560bet.click and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereunder.

By accessing the560bet platform, creating an account, making deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026. 560bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the 560bet platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR (or cryptocurrency equivalent) funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's Account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including but not limited to identity document submission, proof of address, and selfie verification.
• "Real Funds" means funds deposited by a Member using approved payment methods, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, and services made available by 560bet, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, lottery, and all other verticals on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Fund or deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal request may be submitted.
• "Platform" means the 560bet website, any mobile-optimised version, and any other digital interface through which the Services are delivered.

3 Account Eligibility

Use of the 560bet platform is strictly restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited on this platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 560bet or any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be acting under the direction of any other person for the purpose of circumventing these terms.
• You must not have had a previous account on 560bet that was suspended, terminated, or closed for cause.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. Any false declaration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible person may register one (1) account on the 560bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether through different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian contact number, and a valid email address. Any deliberate falsification of registration details will result in immediate account termination.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the platform, you agree to use the Services solely for personal entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions. You further agree that:

• You will not use the platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise misappropriate any element of the platform's software or intellectual property.
• You will not use any automated system, script, bot, or software to place bets, access data, or interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• You will not transmit any unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious code through the platform's messaging or contact features.
• You will immediately notify 560bet's support team if you become aware of any error, discrepancy, or security vulnerability on the platform.
• You accept that certain features of the platform may be unavailable during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

560bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous uptime and service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

560bet supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.

Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to:

• DuitNow instant bank transfer
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) online banking
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong (direct bank transfer)

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 560bet does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own charges, for which 560bet bears no responsibility.

7 Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The Member's account is fully KYC-verified.
• The requested amount does not include any Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable Wagering Requirements.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits for the Member's account tier.
• The Member's account is in good standing with no open disputes, fraud investigations, or unresolved chargebacks.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Member's own verified name.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

560bet offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to one registered account per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus.
• 560bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., baccarat, roulette, low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate towards Wagering Requirements. Full contribution rates are published in each individual promotion's terms.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 560bet platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant bet type (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.) as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general betting rules apply across all verticals:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except as expressly permitted by specific product rules.
• In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure that results in an incorrectly displayed price, 560bet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's account.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per product category apply. These limits are published in the relevant product rules and may be updated from time to time.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time during an event. 560bet is not liable for bets placed during a period when the platform's live data was delayed or unavailable.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, system bugs, or arbitrage opportunities in a systematic manner constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in account action.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 560bet platform and constitute a serious breach of this Agreement:

• Creating more than one account or assisting any third party to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Participating in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing or the manipulation of any sporting event.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, AI-driven wagering tools, or any form of scripted interaction with the platform.
• Coluding with other players or platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the chargeback process or initiating unauthorised disputes with payment providers.
• Interfering with the technical operation of the platform, including hacking, DoS attacks, or any form of unauthorised data access.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 560bet staff or other platform users.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 560bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, trademarks, domain names, website design, software, source code, graphics, text, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 560bet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publicly perform, display, or otherwise exploit any platform content for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the express prior written consent of 560bet.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 560bet, its directors, officers employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.
• Any betting decision made by you, including losses arising from reliance on any information published on the platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or data transmission errors beyond560bet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in this clause limits560bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

13 Privacy & Data

560bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

560bet does not sell or lease your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law. Full details of our data practices are available in the Privacy Policy.

14 Responsible Gambling

560bet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can, for some individuals, lead to harmful behaviour and financial difficulty. The following tools are available to all registered Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Define how long you can remain logged in during a single session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications about how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position.

560bet strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. We will never allow a Member on a self-exclusion list to reopen an account during the exclusion period. 15 Amendments

560bet reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace any or all provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a minimum notification period.

Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

16 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and such laws as are applicable to the operation of the platform.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and 560bet that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.
